Since 1999, the Performing Arts Programme has produced many talents in dance, theatrical and circus performing.

For the Sunflower Dance group (15 May School's performing arts students) Hip Hop dancing and Circus Skills have always been a favorite extra mural activity as well as a mean of earning small incomes with their skills. The group consist of around 15 regular performers who have been trained by professional choreographers such as Linh Rateau (Ciao Bella), circus professional Mr Du, Ms Thao and others.

Throughout the years the Sunflower group has developed their performing skills and has gained a positive reputaion within the community whilst performing at various events. Each year, with the help of volunteer-choreographers, the students would perform at the school's annual fundraising event, and at other events held by the District, other schools, and by the community. They have been the most successful group of performers for the Performing Arts Programme and the school is very proud of their achievements.

It is unfortunate that currently, 15 May does not have the capacity to further run this programme however 6 of the performing arts students who are still studying at 15 May, are now further developing their skills at Linh's DanCenter (Binh Thanh District). One student who have trained with Linh for years, is now being employed as an assitant dance instructor at the center where he can enhance his skills and earn some income whilst studying. 15 May School expresses its warmest thanks to the ongoing support of Linh for providing opportunities for our students grow and devlelop into professionals.
