Sun, sea and lots of sand!
The Sunflower Performance group and the volunteers enjoyed 2 days of perfect weather and the treat of dipping in the sea at Mui Ne last Thursday and Friday. Apart from swimming, the group enjoyed sight seeing, surfing sand dunes and organized games by the campfire.
It has always been a tradition to take the children & volunteers who have helped the school to fundraise away after an event however this trip was more special as it was also Jonny’s farewell.
Jonny has been working with 15 May in PR and Fundraising for nearly 2 years now and will head back to England to finish his university degree in Development Studies with Political Science.
15 May School would like to thank Jonny for all his hard work and wish him all the best for his future studies and career.
Visit to Ho Chi City - Nov. 20 -27
Hello:
My name is Michael and I am an American Vietnam military veteran. I have visited 15 May School a few times and last November donted two color printers.
I am coming back to Vietnam again and would like to visit the school on the afternoon of Nov. 21 if that is alright. Please think of something you need for the office or classroom that I can donate when I am there.
Also are there any activities being planned for the school while I am there from Nov. 20-27?
