The children of 15 May school were in for a huge treat last week as a well known french hip hop performance group called 'Pokemon Crew' was in town. Pokemon Crew were kind enough to come by the school to give some of our kids a hip hop workshop, and by the end of the session, our children showed off some moves themselves.

The children who attended the workshop varied from 7 -18 years old, mainly boys. Even children who are trying this style of dancing for the first time came along and joined in the fun. 

They were extremely enthused about learning some new dance moves and after a few hours of learning from the professionals, our children were confident enough to perform in front of a crowd.

Our children were given another treat two days later when they were invited to see the Pokemon Crew performed at Ben Thanh Theatre on Wednesday night. The children were amazed at the skills and dance moves that were performed and the show has inspired them to be better dancers. At the end of the show, some of our children showed off some dance moves on stage alonside the crew and other hip hop fans. All the children who came had a fantastic night.
