Child Psychologist

15 May School is currently looking for a volunteer to act as a psychologist to the school's resident children.

Applicants must have experience, speaks Vietnamese and have a thorough understanding of child psychology and Vietnamese culture.

Volunteer Duration: 6-12months

Volunteers for the English Conversation Club

15 May School is looking for native English speakers and Vietnamese bilingual volunteers who can help on a regular basis to assist students from grade 6-9 with their conversation English. There will be one session held per week on:

English Club is a great project where you can interact with the students, make a difference and meet other volunteers from around the world.

Private Tutors

15 May School's resident children need additional support to complete their studies, accordingly we are looking for bilingual (Vietnamese & English) tutors to take one-on-one sessions with some of our students.

Subjects: English, maths, history, music, geography, chemistry, sports and Vietnamese history.

Duration: 3 months, 1-2 hours per week

Christmas Card Supporter

15 May School releases corporate Christmas & Tet cards annually. During the months of November and December we have a lot of orders and a lot of mailing to do. Accordingly we are looking for someone to support our Christmas Card Programme. No experience neccessary.

Duration: 2 months (November & December)

Please note that we generally accept longer term volunteers (minimum of 6 weeks) unless it is for a specific project/workshop planned in advance. This is for the benefit of both the children and those who volunteer with us and minimizes disruptions to the children's study timetables.

The school will select suitable applicants once application forms have been returned, and will inform applicants of the school’s decision as soon as possible.
